AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

CRANKA uses Australia Post for all Australian orders. We offer both standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 and is usually delivered within 4-6 business day - Express shipping is a flat rate cost of $10 and these items are usually delivered next business day to most major metropolitan areas…. more remote areas could be between 1-3 days depending on the service in your local area.

All Australian orders with a product value equal to or higher than $50 will be shipped FREE of charge via Express Shipping!

All Australian orders with a product value up to $49.99 will have the option to ship either $6.95 for Standard Shipping or $10 for Express Shipping.

CRANKA Pty Ltd accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay payment methods for Australian orders at this time. .

Please note that CRANKA does not ship any items on weekends or any designated public holidays. If an order is placed either during a weekend or a designated public holiday the order will not ship until the next possible business day.

CRANKA cannot be held liable for any address errors entered on your order. If any order is shipped back to CRANKA due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer, then the customer will be liable for both the return shipping costs back to CRANKA and then the cost of re-shipping of the consignment back to the customer.

Unless otherwise instructed by the customer CRANKA requires a signature on delivery for all delivered packages. If a customer requests on their order that a parcel be left in a safe place in the case that nobody will be home to sign for the delivery, then CRANKA will only be liable up to the point where the courier driver drops off the package! If the package goes missing after this point then the customer will be fully responsible and cannot request a refund from CRANKA. CRANKA always recommends signature on delivery, but we understand that in some circumstances this can be difficult for the customer! The customer must be aware of the risks associated with requesting for an item to be left without a signature and assumes all liability for the package after it has been dropped off by the courier. CRANKA will still warrant any faults, defects or damage caused in transit as per our standard policies.

If signaure is required on delivery for your order and nobody is home to sign for the package, then the driver will leave a card either in your letterbox or at your front door. The driver will then take your package back to your nearest Australia Post outlet where it will be available for collection by the customer.

IMPORTANT: All orders that are delivered to a collection service must be collected by the customer within 10 days of the parcel arriving at the collection facility. Any parcels that sit at a collection facility waiting for collection by the customer for more than 10 days will be shipped back to CRANKA. If this occurs CRANKA will refund all monies less the forwarding and return shipping costs plus an additional $20.00 handling charge.
